Sofie is a very talented tennis player that graduated from University of Florida in 2014. Growing up, Sofie was a part of the Belgian Federation Team, and represented her country at several international events. At 17 years old, Sofie had already proven she was the best Belgian tennis player of her generation with the ambition of becoming a professional tennis player. In 2010, Sofie committed to University of Florida and started the American Dream.

During her time in College, Sofie and her team won 3 SEC titles as well as 2 Division-1 NCAA Championships. She combined succesful team results with a stellar individual career reaching the top of the ranking both in singles and doubles.
